Enjoying happiness no matter how bad your current situation is!

How can one overcome their obstacles in life? Is preparation the key?? What about saving and financing?? Yes all of these play a part of our life process but there is a bigger impact on why we continue to experience such things in life.

We as humans tend to think so deeply into how bad our current situation is. This is something that we think drive us into our next step in life. We continuously think of ways to better our situation whether it is our living situation, our wardrobe, are hair and so on and so on.

You spend most of your time thinking and planning ways of getting out of the situation you are currently in that you forget about the actual moment your still in. When you have these what I call “I wish” and “I hope” thoughts all it does is prolong the life circumstance you have already been presented.

Have you ever notice when you stop thinking about a particular thing that it suddenly just naturally happens. For instance you’re waiting and waiting for a particular mail package to arrive. So you continue to spend most of your day looking out the window waiting for the mail man to come. Meanwhile it’s a beautiful day outside. Go get some ice cream with your children or go to the park. No! instead you rather wait and wait for your package. Then suddenly the mail man pulls ups and guess what…. Your package didn’t arrive today! Oh how upset you are that you waited around all day for this package and for it to not even be here just ruins what you have left of your day!

This is the common situation in life! You wait and wait for your special “package” to arrive and as you wait for it you miss out on all these opportunities in the meantime you could be enjoying. Why wait for something that will eventually come and forget about the present moment that will eventually go. For every moment you have there is a purpose. What you may view as a negative moment or life circumstance is actually the universes way of teaching you something. You may have lost a job or your home and now you have to think outside the box to pay bills and stay afloat. There is a lesson in all of that.

Just be aware of your current situation and ask yourself what your lesson could be out of this. Maybe it is to save more money so that if you ever lose your job again you will be more financially prepared. Or maybe you should have held off on buying some expensive shoes or other material items because you forgot about an unexpected bill. These are those lessons that we tend to miss when we are so focused on how to get out of the current negative situation.

Be very aware and “real” with yourself when certain things take place in your life. It is not just because you have “bad luck” or any other excuse you give yourself. 90% of the time it is our own actions that cause our own reactions. Think about it.
